These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and unyu168 (hereinafter referred to as "unyu168", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://unyu168.cam (the "Platform").

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person in connection with gambling activities on the Platform.
• You are not a resident of, or located in, a Prohibited Territory at the time of registration or when placing a wager.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended Account on the Platform. Only one account per person, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted.
• You are not a current or former employee of unyu168, or an immediate family member or household member of such an employee, unless express written permission has been granted by unyu168's management.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from gambling online.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. The information required includes, but is not limited to: your full legal name as stated on your government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify unyu168 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

unyu168 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at registration at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

You acknowledge that each player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether for personal use or to take advantage of promotional offers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and winnings forfeited.

unyu168 supports the following payment methods for deposit and withdrawal: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating institutions), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts apply per method and are stated in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction.

All Account Balances are held and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt on-chain. unyu168 does not guarantee any particular exchange rate.

Deposits: Deposits using e-wallets and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account instantly. FPX bank transfers are generally processed within 5 to 10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation and are typically credited within 15 to 30 minutes of confirmation. Processing times stated are indicative and not guaranteed.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Before any withdrawal is processed, you must have satisfied the applicable KYC verification requirements. unyu168 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests that it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.

Withdrawal Conditions: Funds that have been used to satisfy a wagering requirement on a bonus promotion become real money funds only upon full completion of that requirement. Partial withdrawal of a Balance that includes active bonus funds may result in the bonus and associated pending winnings being forfeited.

• unyu168 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 60 minutes for verified accounts but may extend up to 24 hours during high-volume periods.
• unyu168 may impose withdrawal limits. Current limits are stated in the cashier section of your Account.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

unyu168 offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be stated at the time the promotion is offered.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be transferred to the real money Balance or withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unfulfilled wagering requirement after the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• Game contribution rates towards wagering requirements vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute a lower percentage as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion is explicitly stated to be repeatable. Attempting to claim a one-time bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.
• unyu168 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice, subject to respecting any commitments already made to players who have claimed and begun meeting the conditions of an active promotion.
• The maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings may be capped at a specified multiple of the bonus amount. This will be stated in the individual promotion terms where applicable.

All games available on the unyu168 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules.

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and other covered competitions — are subject to market-specific rules covering settlement, void bets, postponements, and dispute resolution. These rules are available within the sportsbook section of the Platform.

Bets are final once confirmed. unyu168 is not able to cancel a confirmed wager due to a change of mind. In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds or game malfunctions, unyu168 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the affected Accounts.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are stated within each game or betting market.
• unyu168 reserves the right to limit stake amounts or restrict betting markets for any Account at its sole discretion.
• Any wager placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment credentials, will be voided and the matter referred to relevant authorities.
• Collusion, use of automated betting software ("bots"), or any other systematic exploitation of the Platform is strictly prohibited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the unyu168 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate legal or regulatory authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or personal information without their consent.
• Deliberately exploiting errors, loopholes, or bugs in the Platform software for financial gain. Any gains obtained this way are not withdrawable and will be reversed.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in, or facilitating, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform's technical systems.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses, or structuring bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk ("bonus hunting" or "arbitrage").
• Using funds sourced from illegal activity to deposit on the Platform.

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that unyu168 accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through the use of the Platform. You confirm that all funds used for gambling are from lawful sources and are funds that you can afford to lose.

If you believe that your gambling behaviour has become problematic, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool available in your Account settings or to contact our support team directly. Once a self-exclusion has been activated, it cannot be reversed for the duration selected.

The unyu168 name, logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks of unyu168. Unauthorised use of these trademarks in any manner is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, unyu168 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by you as a result of gambling on the Platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, sports results, or any other random or uncertain events.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, delays, or Platform unavailability caused by factors outside unyu168's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, or force majeure events.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or any consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Platform.
• Any actions or omissions by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunications providers that affect deposit or withdrawal transactions.

Where unyu168 is found to be liable for any loss or damage arising from a technical error or Platform malfunction that resulted in an incorrect game outcome, its maximum liability shall be limited to the return of the original stake placed on the affected wager.

unyu168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where feasible, notifying Account Holders via the registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.
